This release adds eleven new connectors — Cloudflare, PagerDuty, WatchGuard Cloud, Grafana, Island Browser, Mimecast, Time Doctor, QuickBooks Online, MSP360, Printix and Customer Thermometer — bringing the catalog to 22,989 tools. It also tightens how write operations ask for confirmation, how connection health is judged, and how upstream errors are explained to you and your agents.
New features
- Eleven new connectors, each covering the vendor's full documented API surface. Cloudflare (3,453 tools), Island Browser (1,012), PagerDuty (478), Mimecast (374), Grafana (309), QuickBooks Online (230), Time Doctor (147), Printix (39), Customer Thermometer (15), plus WatchGuard Cloud and MSP360. Each has a setup guide, a portal credential form and a published tool catalog.
- Grafana: optional server-administrator credentials. Alongside the service-account token you can now enter a server-admin username and password. Grafana's instance-administration routes (instance users, organizations, LDAP, provisioning reload, quotas) only accept that form of sign-in; without the pair those tools return a clear message instead of a failing call. Leaving the password blank on a later edit keeps the stored value.
- Time Doctor: every documented filter is a named argument, and two raw-request tools let an agent reach any Time Doctor route the typed tools don't cover.
- QuickBooks Online: connect through the portal with Intuit sign-in. Disconnecting a company now also revokes the grant on Intuit's side.
- Mimecast: user import takes the file itself — CSV text, or an XLS/XLSX file by content or URL — with the import options applied as documented by the vendor.
- Island Browser: export reads are available on the Free plan.
- Cloudflare: the connection check verifies the token is actually active. A disabled or expired token now fails validation rather than passing.
Improvements
- More write operations ask for confirmation first. Across the new connectors, updates that replace an entire list (team memberships, role assignments, schedules, gateway lists, redirect URIs, Worker bindings and similar), archive or delete a record through a body field, or purge data are now classified as destructive and require consent — the same treatment as an explicit delete.
- Connection health is judged only on the vendor's own verdict. If a proxy, redirect or sign-in page answers in place of the vendor's token endpoint, the failure is reported on the connection but no longer counts toward automatic disablement. A genuine credential rejection still does.
- Grafana: a wrong server-admin pair no longer takes the whole connection down. The problem is shown on the connection, but the dashboard, folder, data-source and alerting tools keep working on the token. Changing the admin username with a blank password is refused rather than silently pairing the new name with the old password.
- MSP360: an RMM-only failure no longer tells you to regenerate your backup credentials, and the RMM token entered for one connection no longer carries over when you open another.
- Clearer error messages. A record ID that happens to contain digits such as "401" or "409" is no longer misread as an authentication or conflict error, so agents receive guidance that matches what actually happened.
- Downloads have a time budget. Report and file downloads from Grafana, Cloudflare, Island, QuickBooks and Mimecast that stall mid-transfer now time out with a retryable error instead of holding the call open indefinitely.
- Island Browser: exports that contain credential material are returned inline only, never as a stored file link, and a sign-in page returned in place of an export is reported as an error rather than stored.
- Cloudflare: object keys, image IDs and model names that contain slashes are sent the way Cloudflare expects, so R2 objects, Images and Workers AI models are addressed correctly.
Known issues
- Some Mimecast and Grafana operations — notably Mimecast's file-based user import and Grafana's server-admin-only routes — were built from the vendors' documentation and have not yet been exercised against live tenants. Please report anything unexpected.
Fixed customer-reported issues
- Quotation lines created through the HaloPSA connector could end up with no persisted price, corrupting quote totals.
01M1C15ZN011HQQZ9KRN3511ED— The quotation-creation tool's guidance now instructs the agent to supply a price on every line.
