This release adds a new ConnectWise Platform (Asio) connector and greatly expands ConnectWise PSA coverage. The Axcient connector now covers x360Cloud, x360Sync and Billing in addition to x360Recover. The AI builder assistant is also more reliable when you reload the page or lose your connection.

New features

• ConnectWise Platform (Asio) connector. A new live connector with 144 tools: 105 on Free and 39 on Pro. To set it up, choose your region, then enter your Client ID and Client Secret. You can also restrict the connection to specific scopes. There is no default region, and you must pick one before you can save, because a key sent to the wrong region is rejected. If ConnectWise temporarily locks your key, StackJack reports a retryable error and tells you not to regenerate the key.
• ConnectWise PSA: new tools for more areas of ConnectWise. The connector now targets the ConnectWise PSA 2026.11 API and has 1,483 tools. New tool groups cover:
• service board setup (statuses, types, SLAs, priorities, sources, knowledge base)
• company and contact sub-records
• time (work types, work roles, charge codes, accruals, stopwatches, timesheet and time-entry approvals)
• projects (phases, team members, templates, recap and workplan)
• ticket sub-resources and actions (merge, copy, convert, notes, tasks, time entries)
• schedules and calendars
• configuration types and questions
• expense reports and approvals
• operations added in the 2026.11 API, including company statement PDFs and workflow trigger catalogs

Read tools are on Free and write tools are on Pro. All new tools are in new permission groups, so existing tool roles do not gain access automatically.

• ConnectWise PSA: raw API tools. "Raw Read" (Free) and "Raw Write" (Pro) let an agent call ConnectWise API routes that no dedicated tool covers. Both are limited to ConnectWise's documented API areas.
• ConnectWise PSA: new member and company-note tools. An agent can now update a ConnectWise member and delete a company note. Both tools are on Pro.
• Axcient: x360Cloud, x360Sync and Billing. The same x360Portal API key now reaches all four Axcient products. This adds 30 read-only tools on the Free plan, bringing the connector to 53 tools. The connection check now also succeeds for partners who use x360Cloud but not x360Recover. Tools that return x360Sync share links are marked sensitive and warn that their output contains live links, some of which open without sign-in.
• Autotask: quote line items. Agents can now create, update and delete line items on a quote (Pro).

Improvements

• ConnectWise PSA: richer filtering on the most-used tools. List, get and count tools for tickets, companies, contacts, configurations, agreements, opportunities, projects, project tickets, time entries, schedule entries, members, activities, invoices and expense entries now accept extra options:
• List and count tools can filter on custom fields and on child records.
• Get tools can return only selected fields.
• List tools can also return only selected fields, and sorting was added to the list tools that lacked it.

Configuration list and count tools can also filter by managed identifier. Calls that don't use the new options behave exactly as before.

• ConnectWise PSA: tool descriptions. Many descriptions now describe only what ConnectWise documents. Descriptions no longer point to tools that don't exist, and ID parameters name the correct record.
• N-able N-central: scoping for four more reports. The custom property coverage, appliance health summary, maintenance window coverage and scheduled task failure reports now accept an optional organization unit. When a report runs out of time, its message now names arguments the report actually accepts.
• ScalePad Backup Radar (classic): dedicated key and pacing.
• Classic Backup Radar calls now use only the classic API key created in Backup Radar. They no longer fall back to your other ScalePad keys, which the classic service always rejected.
• If no classic key is stored, you get a clear "not configured" message that tells you where to create one, and the connector details show the classic surface as not configured.
• Calls on the same classic key are now spaced out to stay under Backup Radar's rate limit.
• Axcient: product-specific errors. Errors from x360Cloud, x360Sync and Billing now get guidance for that product instead of x360Recover-specific advice.
• IT Glue: flexible asset guidance. Flexible asset tools now explain that trait keys must be each field's name-key, which is usually hyphenated. This helps agents avoid "invalid trait keys" errors.
• HaloPSA: tool descriptions. The ticket creation tool now points to the correct custom-field tools. Tools that add ticket actions now explain how HaloPSA records the author on shared and personal connections.
• AI builder assistant: page reloads and connection loss.
• If you reload the page or lose your connection while the assistant is answering, the page now picks up the pending answer instead of losing it. You are no longer charged for a second request.
• If your message never reached StackJack, Retry now appears immediately instead of after a long wait.
• AI builder assistant: your own Anthropic key.
• Messages sent on your own key now run to completion even for long answers, and can be picked up after a reload.
• If a follow-up step fails, you still get the answer your key already paid for.
• AI builder assistant: request limit. Each organization can have up to three StackJack-billed builder requests running at once. If you reach the limit, you'll see a short explanation. Requests on your own Anthropic key are not limited.

Bug fixes

• ConnectWise PSA: count tools. The count tools now return the real number of matching records instead of a single record.
• ConnectWise PSA: invoice PDFs. Invoice PDF downloads are no longer corrupted. You now get a proper download link.
• ConnectWise PSA: discovery tools. Company group and contact group discovery now works; previously it failed on every call. Both tools can also list the memberships of a single company or contact.
• ConnectWise PSA: project boards and billing rates. Project board discovery and project billing rate lookups no longer return "not found".
• ConnectWise PSA: paging. 88 list tools that could only return the first 50 rows now support filtering and paging, up to 200 rows per page.
• AI builder assistant: keeping your changes. A pending answer picked up after a reload no longer overwrites changes made elsewhere in the meantime. This includes Core Knowledge, knowledge sources, edit settings and the response profile. Previously, the next save could delete or revert those changes.
• AI builder assistant: leaving the page. If you leave the page while a request is still running, you no longer lose the answer or end up with a Retry that charges again.
• AI builder assistant: own-key answers. An answer on your own key is no longer thrown away if a background balance check fails afterward, which previously led to a second charge on your key when you retried.

UI & UX changes

• Axcient connector card. The connector is renamed from "Axcient x360Recover" to "Axcient". Its card lists all four products and has a new optional x360Sync company ID field.
• Personal sign-ins: failing connections. If an enabled personal sign-in has stopped working, its card now offers Remove, along with a short reason and a plain-language explanation.
• Personal sign-ins: Team page. Co-owners and administrators can now see and remove their own personal sign-ins on the Team page. On your own entries, the dialog is worded for you ("Your Personal Sign-ins").
• Personal sign-ins: status badges. The Team page's personal sign-in list now shows the same status as the Connectors card, such as "Authentication failed", instead of labeling every enabled entry "Active".

Breaking changes

• ConnectWise PSA: count tool results. The fifteen count tools now return a count object instead of a single record. Update any automation that reads their output.
• ConnectWise PSA: invoice PDF results. The invoice PDF tool now returns a download link instead of text content. Update any automation that reads its output.
