This release adds a new IT Glue tool for discovering document folders, removes duplicate support-ticket notification emails, and improves the guidance returned when a Huntress identity read is rejected for permission reasons.

New features

  • IT Glue: list document folders. A new tool, itg_list_document_folders, returns the document folders for an organization. Folder IDs previously had no discovery path, which meant documents stored inside folders could not be reached through the connector. The tool is read-only (read:documents) and available on all plans.

Improvements

  • Clearer Huntress permission errors. When an identity read is rejected with a permission error, the returned guidance now describes the vendor-confirmed limitation that applies to account-level API keys with ITDR, instead of only the generic reseller-key explanation. This makes it possible to tell an actual key-scope problem apart from a limitation you cannot configure around.
  • No more duplicate support-ticket emails. Ticket acknowledgement, reply, and closure emails are now sent by a single system. StackJack no longer sends its own copies, so you receive one notification per event rather than two.

Fixed customer-reported issues

  • Identity reads against the Huntress connector returned a permission error whose guidance did not explain the real cause, leaving no way to distinguish a misconfigured key from an unsupported key type. The error now states the applicable account-level key limitation. (01M14VW4HYSA0ZHZZSKE2QZK06)
