Gorelo updated API
They added a handful of new API calls, including get tickets which I don't see yet. https://api.usw.gorelo.io/swagger/index.html#/

Shipped. The Gorelo connector now covers Public API 1.0.0 with 28 new operations, tickets included: gorelo_list_tickets, gorelo_get_ticket, gorelo_create_ticket, ticket comments, approvals and side conversations, with cursor pagination on the lists.
