Microsoft Graph: bring-your-own app registration script in the docs

The Microsoft Graph connector page says a provisioning script for your own multitenant Entra app registration is available on request. The script and the delegated permission list for each tier (Full, Standard, Read-only) are now a help-center article, and the connector page links to it instead of saying "ask support". The script's update path also stops replacing the whole redirect-URL list on a re-run, so a second region can be added without wiping the first.

    Shipped. The script and the permission list for each tier are in the help center: Bring your own Microsoft app registration, and the Microsoft Graph connector page links to it. A re-run with -AppId now adds the new Portal host's redirect URLs and keeps the ones already registered.
