Reusable tool-scope templates / role presets for members and MCP clients

Today, tool access (the AllowedTools list) is configured individually per member and per MCP client. For teams rolling StackJack out internally with role-based access (e.g. Leadership vs technician), that means re-selecting large tool sets for every person invited.

Requested: named, reusable tool-scope templates that can be applied when inviting a member or creating an MCP client — e.g. define a "Manager" and a "Technician" template once, then apply per invite, with the applied scope remaining editable per member afterward.

Raised by an MSP configuring ConnectWise PSA plus several other connectors for internal role-based rollout.
