Several people on one Copilot Studio tool

Today a Copilot Studio tool's registration is bound to the first person who signs in, so a second member of the same organization is refused with "This client is already linked to a different StackJack account". The change lets any active member of the bound organization sign in on that tool, each with their own StackJack identity, their own connector sign-ins and their own audit rows. A registration still cannot move between organizations.
